"Presumed to be a good business man for, though he died in his early 40's,
he left his family well provided for." "Soon after he finished college in
New York they were married and went West to Ohio. Later moved to
Dearborn Road, Manchester, Ind. - a thriving town then on state road
between Cin. and Indianapolis (which was not name their city then)."

William married Mary Haynes on 31 May 1832 in Sullivan Co.,New York. Mary (daughter of Henry Haynes and Abigale Eldridge) was born on 22 Aug 1809 in Waterford,Saratoga Co.,New York. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
